As stated in the topic, the moped died on the road this morning and now it wont even kick start. I think the motor is siezed but I'm not sure. I have a 67cc upgrade and I'm thinking I might need a new cylinder...any sugestions?

who put the cylinder on? who retuned the bike ?
If you put the cylinder on did you put the piston on the right way? arrow or ex facing the exhaust port,

Who retuned the bike, jetting, weights etc?
premix or oil pump?
Stock carb/pipe/ air box?

it was put in at an acredited moped shop here in SC and has about 89 hours on the setup. It has exhaust, gears, new carb (with exposed filter), and boost bottle. It has been melting the point of spark plugs. It has stock oil injection, I only use PWC 2 cycle synthetic.

what type of plug and what brand of cylinder?
If your melting plugs try going to a cooler plug - I would only run ngk's ,if your running a 7 try a 8 ,or 8 try a 9, I'm guessing stock crank or stock stroke ?

what range 6/7/8/9 ?
Is it the cast iron or the aluminum?
If it seized you can look at the piston and that will tell you alo on why it seized, 4 point seize too lean, seize on intake side or stator side either too lean or intake leak -crank seals? , I forgot what exhaust port seizeure's where

I messed with the carb one day for some reason and I think I made it too lean.

stock carb? either way 1 1/2 turns out, if you need to 1 turn in then your jetting is too small , if you go to 2 turns out then your your jetting is too large .

The shop that did your engine doesn't know how to do it right, whats the gear ratio? did they safety wire the oil pump on full? what jet size do you have? clutch springs & center spring, ramp#, weights- yea there is science to building these engines or did you just run it at full throttle to long without a temp guage so you shut it down before you blow
