I just bought aero 125 for 100$. It's missing alot including lights and levers/switches but I have all (I think) the electrical boxes to make it starter via electric start. But the problem is all my wires are cut up, decoded and messed I just need it to be able to start can I just connect 12 v to the battery with a switch and fuse?

No, you cannot start the Aero by JUST connecting 12 volts to the battery.
The electrical circuit to the starter incorporates the rear brake light to act as a switch for the circuit.
With all your lights missing, wiring hacked-up, you will need to create a circuit for the starter.
I don't envy your task, but it can be solved with some basic wiring.

Start w the stator and cdi. Get those wired together correctly and it should start getting easier from there. Just run new wires, and copy the fac diagram. You should really only need cdi stator coil and starter to run, if wired properly.
