Why does my moped accelerate kinda slow at bottom and mid end? But when it pass about 40-50 mph it starts to pull hard.

I'm running a 120cc stroker

^^there's your reason.
To get quicker take-off, roller weights in variator need to be lighter.
Finding the balance between take-off and top-end that you like is all up to you.

I run around the same gears. To make up for the loss on take off I did what motomike said.. Lighten my rollers to all 5g,2000 contra spring,5k clutch springs, lighten drive face an I just orders a Evo bell one of the lightest out there..it help a lot it doesn't wheelie of the line but around 15mph it does...

15mph wheelies are rad!!!! That's not bad for take off. That's likley where the pipe starts to give it's love as well as the gearing doing its thing. Sounds like a whole lot of awesome!
