Do u run the same squish Clearence on a 120cc as a 70cc? I've been told .8-.9mm is good

.9 isn't good but it's acceptable. .8 is better. .7 is optimal. Lately I've seen .55 and. 6 for some mina race kits which is insane.

Ok iman.the cylinder I'll be sending u in a couple days for port work. I'm running a 52.6 crank an the 54mm taida LC with a .1mm space gasket I was at .87 squish could I have just spray copper spray on block to get it to .8 ish? But when I get back from u it will be different again right because I will be going with a mild race port job.. ?

Your squish will remain the same. I would deck the cylinder a tiny bit. Taking off .1mm from the top

Sounds good iman!! What about compression it was at 145psi with about 3good kicks as I kick more it gos up... What is an average kicks to get a good reading??? Because 145-150 is at the limit for these motor.. I think the high comp an me running the motor 2 sizes down on the main jet 132 to 130 cause the hole in my piston lol.... That's y I haven't sent the cylinder yet cause I'm waiting on the new one pose to be today praying...

Greetings:

Compression is accurate when further kicking fails to cause the reading to rise. If it keeps going up, kick until it doesn't.

Ok when I did that it got to 155-160psi that's to high right? So I have to make my squish a little bigger or can I run safe at the comp?
