Ok, so supposing I pulled off all of the outer body coverings and the floorboards: could I put foot pegs and ape handles on a Spree?

i wouldn't but with modification to the bars yes... and cutting out the floor board mounts....

You can do anything with a little imagination, materials and a welder.
