Restriction on 87 elite se 50

How much will I gain by removing the restricted header from my elite?

Is this a P model? De-restricting the exhaust entails upping the Main jet to an 82 or so, and gains like 12 MPH. Consider swapping to a non-P oil pump, or add an ounce per gallon of oil, or running 32:1 pre-mix with the pump deleted and plugged.
