87 spree front signals

Hi I have an 87 honda spree I'm assembling. I got the scooter and it was taken apart. I'm having problems trying to figure out where the small metal bracket hooks to on the front turn signal. It's hooked to the front of the glove box with acorn style nuts and it hooks somewhere near the turn signal but I can't figure out where. I may be missing some pieces. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got it. Brackets were bent.
