120cc port timing questions

Hi i have a 120cc stroker af16 elite im putting togeatjer and have a question about port timing it has a 56.6 stroke crank and a 54mm bore from autotech on ebay...i was wondering at b0ttom dead center i got all the ports to clear the piston but the boost port its still slightly below the crown of the piston would this be ok? My pip and head gasket should be here in a few days so i can donthe solder test for thr squash but right now im trying to figure out the port timing thank you.

I use to run that same bore with same size crank Just different brand.. But I raised the cylinder 1.80mm fully ported that motor ran 94mph.. That POP/prodigy bores are killer an last forever had mines just about 7 years on same crank an seals..

So i got my pipe i got it spaced out and i still blow headgaskets its like ripping it when it blows
