I replaced kickstart assembly last year cause original part had worn teeth and driven gear, sure wished the electric start would work, anyways the used but functional assembly now has worn teeth, even worse than the original, but still has a better driven gear...should i try to swap out or should i just bite the bullet and purchase a new sprocket piece? i am not too sure how i would get the spring thing correct, but i'm willing to try...also, there are abrasions inside the crankcase, as if the piece is striking it, is there some adjustment i should do?

OK, any suggestions on getting the drive pulley nut loose, am I going to need some power tool? Thinking maybe the starter pinion needs to be replaced, if I can find one...going to order a spindle and return spring, any tips on removing them?
