Re: aero 50 with bbk polini carb suggestion
Greetings:
Never tried it. Mine had the stock intake and a 17.5mm Arreche carb that fit the stock mount. Never Quite documented 60 MPH with 7.83:1 gears but super easy to tune. Several members at the time (2009?) said I shoulda got the 19. 21mm carb for 65cc might be a bit much unless ported and piped for higher revs.

Re: aero 50 with bbk polini carb suggestion
So I got the cp 19mm kit with all the accessories and jets needed along with a stage 6 dio big valve intake kit and the swap shop adapter. I'm in Houston what should I start my jetting at? I know I saw a video where swap shop said the 40 pilot it comes with is way to big. And I think I saw a swap shop post where they say start at 100main. Thinking 36 pilot and 100 main
Re: aero 50 with bbk polini carb suggestion
I would have gone with the 21 carb as it worked well on my 1983 Honda Aero 80 and you are close to that and now I am at a 24mm carb with a ported cylinder and crank case and a CTC intake and it will be a screamer for sure.
