Hello guys this is my first post so i'm sorry if it's in the wrong place

So, i have a honda lead that is from germany and it won't go any faster than 40 kmh (25 mph). I looked at the variator to see if it had a ring in there but there wasn't one. It also goes exactly that speed. It accelerates decently fast so i don't think that it's restricted in the exhaust and intake alone.

Does anyone know how i can make it faster?

I found out why it was so slow. It was leaking air on almost all vacuum hoses. The previous owner also snapped the pilot jet and he welded it back together I put a new one in and now it runs great.
