I have a noise that sounds like a squeeling noise from the right side of the engine once its warmed up. I thought is was the fan rubbing on the cover but removed both and noise is still present. It seems to be coming from behind the alternater. Has anyone else has this issue. Thanks

Theres magnets behind the flywheel that might have some metal debris stuck to it causing your issue. It requires pulling off the flywheel with a special puller tool to clean it. They’re pretty cheap, like less than $10. You’ll never get it pulled off without one. Very simple job to do. Tool example below:

If thats not your problem, possible bad crank bearing. Much bigger problem. Requires complete engine disassembly and deep knowledge to complete. Dont try this repair unless you know what youre doing.

Thank you. I took the flywheel off and unfortunately there was nothing behind it on the magnets.

Sounds like you might be dealing with a bad crank bearing then, as Meatball suggested. It's a pretty intensive repair, not for the faint of heart. You may want to consider getting a professional to look at it if you're not comfortable with engine disassembly. Hope it works out.
