Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

So, long story short I was sold an Aero 50 that only needed a petcock. lies.

I have replaced the Spark Plug, CDI, Stator, Regulator, Igntion Coil, I resealed the whole engine, rehoned the cylinder which previous it was at 90psi, haven’t tested it but i’d assume it’s the same. I have a Dio Intake adapter with a dio intake and reeds from amazon(not the best i know) I have a 19mm Nibbi carb and pod filter intake from them. I can only get it to start firing off small shots when i spin it very fast with a drill.

I have a malossi cylinder but i accidentally snapped a piston ring so i’ll have to wait for a new one to come in before i install it, please someone help me

So it's the original cylinder just honed but no new piston/rings? What makes you think it would start after throwing all the new stuff on it first? It will not start because you probably have too much air and not enough fuel. You should have some different size jets for that carb so you can get the mixture correct. Or it will not run.
