Crank Case Drain Plug?

do 92 honda elites have a drain plug on the crank case?
let me explain whats going on incase you have any other ideas what might be wrong.
ok so i have a 92 honda elite with good compestion , great spark, clean carb, and all that jazz. it broke not to long ago and i found out it was the reed valve, i made a home made one that had it running great for a day in a half but it just wasnt the right metal and bent
i went to honda and payed 35$ and order a new one, got it in, put it in and now it wont run at all .its like its not firing.
well i pushed it to a dude in town called chunky (his name is Craig but every one knows him as chunky, he works on any thing with a motor, he has done it all, cars, trucks, motorcycles, dirt bikes, jet sky's, few mopeds i mean everything, he has helped me before with things i thought unfix able)
this thing has him stumped,we went over it. great spark . good compresion. carb is clean, all the hoses are hooked up. tail pipe is clean. it sparks at the right time.
the only think he can think of is posably there is gas in the crank case, and some how by gods will it floads the plug. crazy sounding yes but the plugs wet every time even if the gas line is unhooked
is there a drain plug on a 92 elite? if so were? a picture would help tons

There is no crankcase drain plug for a 92 elite...furthermore the crankcase is not full of gasoline, if you are getting spark (THRU THE PLUG) you are most likely getting too much fuel and not enough air.
Pull the plug attach the plug wire, ground the base of the plug and crank it, are you getting a nice blue spark?
If so pull the cover from the airbox and CHANGE the filter...dont clean it change it...also Honda offers filters for a 2 hp (Normal filter) and a 5 hp (allows more air to pass thru) get the ladder of the 2. And if you havent already knock out the other restricted air inlet from the airbox cover.
It is possible but unlikely that the float is stuck and the needle valve is open.
Also let me assure you a honda elite is unlike any other small engine, car, or ect. Just because chunk has "worked on it all" doesnt assure you he can fix this....actually if you wrench on one and dont know whats up, you can reduce one to a boat anchor rather quickly!

ok so chunky took it all apart about a week ago...
like we guessed the case was full to the brim with gassy-oil, he took a shop-vac and got it all out. it ran great (sort of,took 5 miles to get back to normal)
how ever after a good week or so (and a full day of riding)it died. when i say died it more less bogged horbal for a short while and when i slowed it died
i have the air filter off when i work on it. i have a
UNI pod air filter. "Very good flow, and keeps the dirt out. ". it was recommended from a local dirt bike repair shop for my honda elite
also i have tested all my spark plugs many times. all 3 are a little dark but have a great blue spark and fire at the right time
Not 100% sure here but i dont think my floats stuck
ok so my step dad has another great idea that he wants me to try that im not to sure about. he thinks it full of crap again and instead of taking it all back apart with a chance of breaking the rings he wants me to ..
-drain the gas
-drain the oil
-take off the carb
-take off the thing that goes from the carb to the motor.and remove the read valve
and--- Flip it upside down, and spin the kicker to get all the "oily-gassy-s***" out of it. -----------------------Good idea? Bad idea?

did that, didnt help. took off my cylinder today and found it covered it very small scratches, about 1cm chunk missing off my bottom ring, and a chip out of my piston right in between the first and second right about the size of half a penile eraser.
Now What? at this point im looking at a new cylinder and piston right? do i go though honda or go after market and get something a little bigger(72-ish cc)?
how much is this going to cost me? whats a good site to buy from? up size or stay 49cc?(money is not a big deal unless its way over 200$)
please help me decide im still new to all this.
bore or not

i emailed some one at vtcycles.com but havnt got a email back (5 hours )
any one know how bad shipping rates are for a cylinder +piston from Hawaii to Michigan?
i called a honda dealer and for a cylinder+piston + rings + gasket (guy told me i really should have a new one) it was 220$ (for 49cc stock ones)
i was looking around vtcycles.com and they have a "Prodigy® 72cc Bore kit"
with head and base gasket, head, piston, piston rings, cir clips and wrist pin for 100$ for a 94-01 (mine being a 92 i need to talk to them)

You may be able to have the cylinder honed if the scratches aren't too deep. I had my son take ours to the HS shop and they did a very good job, ordered a stock piston and rings (about $55) and have good compression with it for a heck of a lot cheaper than a new cylinder.
