I can't belive how some people here want to do business with each other. We are supposed to be a resource to help one another with info or parts, but one person (My Spree) doesn't like to do things that way. I ordered parts from MySpree back in April. At the end of May I still did not have my parts but he told me that UPS had sent them to Ohio (I live in Georgia). and that they would not ship them in the current state they were in, apparently the packaging tore. I used to work at UPS and they normally just retape and send it. At the end of June I still had no parts from him. We have exchanged e-mails several times about this and he told me he would refund my money. BTW, I had even paid him a few extra dollars in hopes of speeding this process up in the first place. He said he would refund with a little extra because of the hassle. That was on July 2, on July 8 he asked if I had gotten my money yet. Today is July 14 and still no money.
Dude, this is no way to do business. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO SEND A PACKAGE IN THE MAIL! Open envelope, insert item, seal envelope, put postage on envelope and put in mailbox. It is not a hard process and yet this DA cannot get it done.

Seriously dude 3 months and I don't have my parts or a refund. Get with the program. If you are going to sell parts learn how to ship them.

How much coin did you fork out? and on what parts?

if you pay him with a money order sent with usps and he doesn ship the parts he is committing mail fraud which is a federal offense

Wow! But how would the Post Office recover his money? Wouldnt a guy have to go and claim that with the bank?

It really stinks when things like this happen , I usually always give someone the benefit of the doubt , but when its been too long it makes ya just sick. In my last 5 transactions with ebay I had 4 of the items to be problematic , 1 lost by USPS,1 not shipped till about a month after sale, and 2 not even sent.

When I selll something I do everything possible to ship it as soon as payment is recieved , I email a tracking number and follow up with the buyer , its just good business

I ordered my motor from a class guy on this forum(JagoJago) and had the motor on my doorstep 3 days after purchase. Thats how it should be.

His orginal asking price was $25.00, I sent him 30 just because I figured a few extra would speed up the process. I know that's not a lot of jingle but it is the main principle of the thing here. He told me he would send back 35 for my trouble that was three weeks ago and still nothing. He is still trying to argue with me that he sent the item twice. I have been given no tracking number, and I asked for one. I have sent him my mailing addres three times and he still asks for it. This guy is a user on this board his screen name is Myspree and he is a complete DUMBASS who couldn't count his balls twice and come up with the same number.

$35 would be the cost to file a small claims, I would get ahold of the Law enforcement in his area and make a statement, put his * in court the free way and cost him several C's to say the least!
Myspree................give him his cash or get picked up by your local sheriff for fraud and deception charges!
