i have a 92 elite sr sa50 that only did about 35. i just ordered a 63 cc bore kit and a hi speed pully kit and a few other things( like $130 from vtcycles ). there educated guess for top speed was about 50mph
How ever 94 is the turning point for elite. so theres different things available for a 94. Go to
http://www.vtcycles.com to get there number, call them up and tell them what you got , whats going on , and what you want. They will hook you up with good deals and better parts

If it's a Dio, get this. I get 55-60 mph on my ZX50.

it is a very good kit and it is good to go right out of the box. The carb was also jetted perfectly.

Its real easy, a 9 to 1 gear ratio with the correct derestrictions will you 56 mph!

in hawaii most people refer to a elite motor as a dio. The tru dio motor are stamped af18, that comes with zx trans, wide belt. The USA version is stamped af16. There are a few differences between them, but all in all all the parts will interchange, with the exception of the other style af18 crank which uses a smaller main bearing.
A stock "dio" motor can easily do 45/50, of course it has to be derestricted.
hope that help!

Get an adjustable throttle cable and a UNI filter.

Make sure you break in the kit if you decide on it. You are adding a ton of power all at the same time. My ZX50 went from a top speed of about 43mph to around 60mph.

It came with everything you need except for an air filter. Head, head gasket, base gasket, clips, pin etc.
48mm bore (70cc)

The elite-s/sr is the u.s. model, the dio- sr or live dio are made in japan and not legal in the u.s. before you derestrict or go to a bore kit you need to change the gear ratio or it will blow

dio
