Spree Questions

Ok so I know that everyone seems to like the elite 50 more, or so it would seem from the responses i get on here, but there is a spree for sale pretty close to me in nearly perfect shape and the guy would sell it for 500. Just a couple of questions.
Just how reliable are they? Am i constantly going to have to be doing work on it?
How fast do these things go stock?
How fast will it go after drilling out the exhaust?
What's the fastest these things can be made to go? And for around what price?
How easy are they to paint?
What is the max weight they can hold? (not that i'm fat or anything)
and i guess that's it for now.

Initially, you'll probably have to do a bit of work to get it stabilized. From there, it's mainly gas, and injector oil.

Brand new with perfect everything, 28 - 30 on flat level ground.
moemoney720 wrote:How fast will it go after drilling out the exhaust?
About 31 - 33.

Very few mods are available for Spree due to design limitations. 40 is the fastest I've heard, and that thing was tricked out big time.

Plastic is really easy. Metal parts like rims and motor are more difficult, but will take any automotive paint.

The official max is around 200lbs. But realistically, it could probably hold 500lb or more before the tires will pop. It will just go slower, and you'll loose acceleration as you add more and more poundage.

yeah but back to topic, you are not going to get a spree to do over 40mph with out a motor swap or heavy modification
