Take a drill bit and shove it up the hole in the muffler where the exhaust comes out drill though several if not all of the little plates in there. The bike will get a little louder but that * buzzzzzzzz noise it used to make will tranform into a much less "*" sounding BRAPPPPPP noise. after drilling the pipe out thow it in a capfire until it stops smoking (this removes all of the carbon ddeposites inside) and rins it out with a garden hose or if you have one a power washer. This will make it sound better, have better take off and might add a few more MPH to your top end.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
False. If you drill to many you will loose back compression. drill though half or so. (im not sure how many is in a spree )
And this is like the air box mod. if you do it you have to upjet. its a cheap thing to do and it does give you more power off the line.

Yea i only have around 4 drilled out i think there are 6 or 7 in there. And you wont need to upjet after drilling the pipe MAYBE lower the needle setting. And a spree unless is ported gets plenty ofair from its stock box. You would be suprized how much gunk builds up in those 2 litle holes on the airbox. http://www.hondaspree.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1908 This is about how when you get an AM filter on a spree working it dont give you any gain.
