ok so i tuned my 85 spree and it still boged at full throttle and i tryed givin it more gas still boged tryed given it more air still boged im really at a loss here guys i cleaned the carb and jets i pulled off the fuel valve and the owner be for me never put the strainer back in i changed the oil i put custom intake on but that should not matter because u shold be able to run with no filter just straight intake i torched my exaust got the carbon out i drilled 3 baffles nothing seems to help kennys gonna tell me to do a plug chop but givin it more air or more fuel hasent helped

You can NOT run with no filter! You are running lean and need more fuel and less air. Put the stock box with a new honda filter, set the carb to factory specs and hope you didnt toast your engine. These things are REALLY picky about their air filter.
