He's doing the type of things I like to do with my own... paint... I have to say for spray paint that does not look bad at all. The Powered by Honda is sweet, Im looking for Yamaha tags for my current projects. I want to get them both fixed up and get a 94+ Elite

My inspiration for my scooter is my car..and my bike..
Ive been ridin hondas for a long time.. my first honda 4 wheeler was a honda 70 i got when i was 6

Ive never had any major problems with my hondas so i stuck with it...
i got into the import scene.. but luckily after the body kit and HUGE wing era...

I now have a 1993 honda civic DX with a b18 LS VTEC swap..
Im pretty proud of the work ive done to the car so i wanna continue it with my honda scooter

using paint from a aersol can.. can turn out nice as long as you take the time to prep the plastic....

Scuff the surface... use a flex primer..(a MUST) your base coat... and since its on plastic i sprayed an couple xtra coats of clear.. a lil wet sand... 20 min buff and wax!

Now thats if you want a fully finished look... on my chamelion job.. i didnt wet sand and buff...
That paint was that 3 stage paint from Wal Mart in the packs...
layed that decal over it and called it good... now.. the white.. was just base white... and Autozone sells a clear coat that has metalic flake in it... just spray it over any base color to give it that metalic look...

FYI: Flat black with that metalic clear is sweet!!

This is a pic of My car and motor in it... my main inspiration for buildin my scoooter

So.. my scooter will be HONDA FACTORY Champion white

The rims above are the rims i have purchased 4 my car but have not put on yet... so i will Paint my stock SB50 rims the same way...

Along with the white.. i will have some factory honda civic parts on my scooter... JDM Honda Badges will be on the front and rear

Image

for the rear.. i plan on shavin the holes where the rack and rear tail light assembly go...

Honda Civic Side Markers will be flushed in on the rear of the scooter for the turn signal..

Also i have purchased a side mount liscence plate frame with tail/brake light

As you seen b4 i will be makin a custom fiberglass speaker encloser... this will house two Alpine Type S 5 1/4" speakers...and also a volts Meter gauge

Music will be played through any MP3 player i have... since an MP3 has such low output signal... a in line output driver will be needed to boost signal to the mini "500 watt" amplifer i have... true watt is about 75 watt out put.. good enuff to make the Type S sound good!

Image

As you can tell by the progress pics.. Im not too far on it... the enclose will take some time... then the paint... after that... it should go quick I have all my parts ordered

Image

the mirror i have for it

Image
The grips i got for it.. to stay with the CF theme..

CF will only be used on small accent pieces..

SOOOOOO... what you guys think?

Sound like it should be pretty cool... far from stocK!!

You might have problems running that amp for long, I would highly recomend you install a switch inline with the headlight so your electrical system is less loaded down.

Yes i was thinkin about the chargin system for the battery.. I will have 2 switches.. one cut off switch to the head light and one cut off to the amplifier... That is another reason why im installin a volts meter so i can monitor the voltage so i dont overload the system and blow my amp up...
