anybody know where i can get a new belt for a 1981 Express SR without going and paying top dollar at the Honda dealer

Brand new part #23100187004 from http://www.hondaparts-direct.com shows as $19.26. That's pretty reasonable if you ask me. I wouldn't bother with a used belt. That's kinda like used toilet paper.
