Thanks, I dont care about the seat that much but I am gonna rebuild the blinker or weld the stock one back together, its more of a 20 foot bike, the pics dont show how beat up it is. Does your Sprio have a kickstand or do you just lean it on random s*** and hope nobody knocks it over?
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
yep, its leaning against the fence alright lol. im looking into tring to fab up a kickstand. i might go for the "bicycle" type on the side. once that warm weather gets here, ill be welding. oh, yes......i did get a new seat for my 84.
Hmm I might consider that too, I'll have to see what kind of bicycle side stands I can find/fab up, spending $65+sh for one of those stands just seems steep to me. Although I made my stock main clear the PG by bending out the right peg, cheap fitment mod holla
Since my scoot is now running and working well (I think), I'm too impatient to wait for it to warm up. I've been riding it daily to work - temp from 30 degrees to almost 50 degrees - just layer up and go!
Helps that I work only about 1 1/2 miles from home
The neck muff thing is the trick, that and good gloves.
