HONDA Spree turn signals wont work

I have an 86 spree and the turn signals wont work they poped on once when i started wiggling the switch. and only for a second can anyone help me?
This is normal. Just the old relay for the turns sticking. First make sure your battery is juiced up, or get a new one. Then just try taping it a few more times and use your turns often when riding the bike.
I did this and eventually the turns just finally started working on my old 85 Spree
