I have a 1984 honda spree that goes 31 tops I really want to make it faster and up cc some how. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to do this because it seems that they only made upgrades for the elite. Thank you.

Shave head .020 (need machine shop help)
Pully mod (needs machine shop)
Raise exhaust a ring width (requires mad dremel skills)
Grind intake maniold for higher flow (requires decent dremel skills)
Thats all you can do to a spree that will help AFAIK and I own one.

I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

You can do the pulley mod with a good large file if you're careful and use a measurement device to monitor progress.

By pulling off the jug,SPREEtown wrote:how do you raise the exhaust ring width?
using a piston ring to mark a rings width above the top of the exhaust port
Using a dremel to VERY carefully grind almost all the way to this mark
use files to finish
rehone jug
install new rings
follow proper break in procedure
enjoy
