So if I drilled a hole in my side case, would it be possible to put a kickstart on my spree? ( I know this seems like a bad idea, but i just want to know)

You'd still have to get the kickstart arm, spring, spindle, gear, etc. The cover is only one part, and it's not even the hardest to find. The gear with the notches is the hardest to find.

See i can find those parts, its just expensive to buy a new cover

p.s. Has anyone ever done this, Because if it works, and is not harming my spree, i would do it.

I wouldn"t be so gung ho on that kickstarter. The sprees that have it on there is mainly for a backup when the electric starter does not work or battery is dead. They are rather fragile and can break if enough force is applied. I would invest my time and money on fixing that electric starter of yours.

Yea, I damaged (it still works if you hit it just right) my kickstart when i got * off at the bike at age 10 and I was a weak * at the time. Its definitely not something you should "kick" more like a gentle shove.

No, you can't just drill a hole in the sidecover. You'd never get the right placement without a mill, and the hole wouldn't be reinforced properly.
