Remove muffler, use impact gun to remove rim.
remove valve core from tube
step on tire to break bead and remove tire
replace tube once agian remove valve core
install tire, get it on the rim halfway (one side on) stuff in tube (make sure its in pretty stright)
lube uninstalled side of tire with soapy water
use palms of hands to press the tire on
roll it around with your weight on it a couple revolutions to seat everything
fill tire
reinstall tire/rim
reinstall muffler

I just had to change my tire for the first time... Man i've mounted 42" boggers easier than that 13" tire. Goodluck!

I may be wrong... It might be a 10" wheel. All I know is that its tiny. My offroad tires are as tall as my moped. Kinda scary, wouldn't want to be hit by one..
