Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Just wondering if anyone knows if an 87 spree throttle cable and or carb would fit an 87 elite? Also if anyone knows what single throttle cable would fit, meaning, doesnt need the part that goes to the automatic oiler... I just need to get my scooter running, i can mix my own fuel

The throttle cable may not work being to short but the carb will bolt onto the manifold you just need to make sure the auto-choke clears whatever may be in the way. Good luck!

You can use a single cable with a cable operated oiler, just tie it wide open.

but how do i know what single cable to use from what year?

An elite cable from any year should fit if im thinking correctly. But you dont need a split cable just zip tie the oiler so its at full oil all the time.
