gas out of exhaust

At first it was gas out of carb..cleaned etc and it would run but not idle so di d some more cleaning and tried to start with electric start but no fire and then noticed gas going out of the exhaust pipe...as this spree has lots of miles^6000^ don't want to spend a lot of time and money unless you all think its worth it...what kind of problem am I facing..Smitty :roll:

Gas out of the exhaust pipe? Maybe when your carb was flooded it filled up the lower chamber?

Check your compression. If it's about 90 PSI the scoot should run with minor work. If not, it needs more time/money, and you may wish to sell it instead of fixing it.

Sounds like your idle circuit is blocked.

Any spree that isn"t running is gonna cost you time and money.
Its up to you on how much you want to invest in it.
Try a good carb cleaning , new plug, clean air filter. If it don't start after that it may just be a parts bike.
