Quick question. Getting started on removing and cleaning the carb. I don't have any carb cleaner on hand, can I just soak parts in fresh gas for now until I pick up some proper cleaner over the weekend?

Ya you're right - didn't realize how thick that deposit was going to be. Stuff's like tar!
