elite slow warm up.

i dont kno if i have already posted this, but when i start the elite cold it takes like 5 min to warm up. until then there is no power at all, it runs like crap, and topps out at 15mph. after warm it is fine. i have replaced the choke with the working spree's.and the plug.(remember the spree ran fine) and i have power to the choke. the carb is clean with all passages clear. the other thing is it smokes A LOT. like its getting too much oil. the thing makes your eyes water when it drives by. seems like it does it only when cold though.
