will this not work on a spree or shouldnt one of the other kits by this company work on the spree or are they really that different?

this looks way closer...this seems like it has to fit my 85 spree....im not trying to seem like a noob, i know there are no upgrades for sprees...but this might be new?....im not sure now the aero engine differs from the spree...so if this is wrong then can someone explain how the 85 aero motor is different from the 85 spree.

They are close, with machining you could fit one.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

Better to start with an early (88-93) Elite 50. Again, not an exact fit-up, but close. The piston won't come completely to the top of the cylinder on those, and a new exhaust must be fabbed up.
