Well i just got done cleanin the carb all out and i also had a little junk in the petcock,,,, It still willnt start, it was runnin great a few weeks ago and now it willnt start, and i do not know the reason.......

also when i pull off the main fuel line going to the carb,, should gas be steadily leaking out or no? because none comes out when i pull it off.

There should be no fuel coming out when the engine is not turning over. That's how the vacuum petcock works. Now you need to pull off the other tube going to the petcock (goes from carb manifold to the lower connector on the petcock) and pull a vacuum on it. With suction on that tube you should get a good flow of gas. Also, make sure you have hooked up those 2 tubes correctly.

ahhhh yes i sucked on the vacuum tube and gas came out the main line.....im going to get a new plug and hopefully then it will start up
