Hello all,
just got an 85 aero i bought running but when its on the center stand idleing and i touch the throttle the rpms continue to increase long after i release the throttle and it snaps back to the idle position. I would think it is the cable that is sticking but how could it if the throttle snaps back. once i hit the rear brakes it does return back to an idle though. Tomarrow i plan on greasing the cable but could it be anything else? any help would be appreciated.

Adjust the carb, keep the lowest one all the way in this is a drain.
Set the other flathad 1.5 turns out
adjust the phillips as far out as you can without the engine dieing.
