That's a Gyro X, not officially imported to the US, which is why we don't see them much here. But outside the US, they have been the longest running model of the Gyros. In 2002, overall sales of the Gyro X was around 135,000. Built basically from 1982 through 2008, a good utilitarian hauler, but much heavier than US market Gyros at around 100kg vs under 50kg for the Spree like NN50 model.
Chevyguyjay, that blue NN50 Gyro you had (still have?) is much more rare.
There's a wikipedia page
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Gyro
with info on the Gyro X and other outside US models. For the US, the Honda Joy/Just and Roadfox are close but not exactly the same as the NN50 (Joy/Just) and TG50(Roadfox).
