Looking for parts

i am currently looking for parts for a 1988 Honda elite sa50 that i purchased. i have no idea as to where to start looking i tried the handa dealer and i got told it would be better to just buy a new one. is there anywhere that would still sell parts for this scooter? i do not care if it is out of state.
