Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

it seems that everytime i lean the spree to the left and sometimes to the right, my oil light turns on. and everytime its straight up it turns off. OR, when i have it on its stand, it goes on... loose sensor maybe? i dont even know where to check for it...

it's normal. have you tried topping it off with oil and then doing the same? it shouldn't go on.

oh!? this is normal!?!??! thats good news. yeah, ill probably try doing that, that might/probably would fix the problem. i never even thought of that! then again, my oil level used to be lower i think, and it never went on. well i think that might work, cause its not full at the moment.

check the level, 2 stroke engines eat their oil, only fill it with Honda GN2.

yeah, i know. and thats the only oil i will use for these scooters. i had taken out the old 2 stroke oil that came with the scooter about a week ago and put the honda one in.

there is two wires going to the oil container. one of them could be loose. or it could just be starting to get low.
