In my mind, anytime the front wheel(s) come off the ground is a "wheelie".
There are diffrent ways to wheelie.

One way being the "Bear wheelie" also known as a power wheelie. The vehicle puts power down faster than the vehicle can accelerate while maintaining traction(if it lost traction a burnout would occur), making the vehicle the part that turns instead of the wheel(s).

Then there is a "assisted wheelie" where the rider puts his weight over the back tire, at this point even the pitiful power of a 50cc scooter will lift the front up with a * form the rider.

In vehicle acrobatics, a wheelie is a trick where the front wheel or wheels come off the ground due to an excessive amount of torque being powered to the rear wheel or wheels. Wheelies are usually associated with motorbikes.

IMO, anything with front tires in the air is a wheelie.

There is power wheelies, clutch wheelies, balanced wheelies and tons other different types of wheelies. There is scooters that will power wheelie for a good 60 feet, Just ask Tru72. or look youtube for fast scooters, you will find them power Wheeling. But power wheeling is just one forum of Wheeling.

I've seen plenty of vids, plus folks I work with wheelie almost anything at the shop lol

So yes, of course scooters wheelie just to different degrees like said.

I personally love power wheelies, especially random ones crossing major intersections

My cousin was on my 87 Elite with 62cc kit and he went to take off on a trail in the woods....it pulled a wheelie on him and he ran straight into a tree. It was d*** funny.
