has anyone bought a set of these? think they would bolt up to an 01 elite s?

The rear does the front you have to change the bearings out.its for the taiwan dio which uses the 12mm axle.you have to change it to 10mm bearing.you have to take the bearings out and take it to a bearing place like mcguires bearing to get it sized.
