Quietist pipe?

In the town I live in the police will write you up for an expansion chamber on your moped. If you ride a moped, you do not have to have a tag on it and supposedly an expansion chamber brings the power level up to the point that you must have a tag on it. Go figure?
What is the quietist pipe I could put on a 1999 Honda sa50 and still get a usable amount of power and not draw unwanted attention?

R1 would be good choice, should be close to stock sounding

Also YMS should be similar

i dont know if Leo Vince makes the sp3 pipe for the sa50, but on my aero it is almost as quiet as stock. the air filter is still louder.

Greetings:

I'll second Werx on that. Noise is all from the Left side. You'll think you're riding a Puch. :)

the stock pipe can be used for up to 72cc an open pod filter makes the noise.
