under the gas tank, what is the thing with the lines coming from it... i can blow thru one of them but not the other! HELP

if you are talking about the thing that comes out of the gas tank, then that is the fuel valve and the one that you cant blow thru is probally the vacume line that opens the valve to allow fuel flow, the other is the gas line.

aka fuel petcock. don't try to clean it by pocking it either, i broke mine that way.
