SB clutch problem

Just picked up a 89 elite e, PO said needs belt,
got home pulled cover and belt as in place and looked good.
Removed bell and attachment springs fell out, removed
clutch and the pads are worn heavy closest to pully side,
like the pully seperation was driving out the weights.
Springs gouged pully, I filled down the high spots, and
was going to order new weight set, springs, and dampers.
Bell does not show to be damaged, checked tech docs for
spec on ID dia, nothing for sb, I will cross ref with spree,
also not sure what pad thickness should be, sb has 2 weights
not 3 like, others.
I hope PO allowed pads to wear to low, to cause springs to
fail.
Added pictures if this has been seen before, thanks

Showing gauges and uneven pads

Bell dia measures straight not bell mouthed

Otherside pad is thicker, is that what thickness should be stock or thicker?
