Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I work on Sprees alot, but, I can't figure this one out. Hopeully someone can help. I am getting no spark on my current project. I have checked all of the electronic parts, the iginition, and the start switch on a running spree and have found all to work. The only thing that I have not checked is the pulse generator. Does anyone know how to check it?

The Honda manual lists some go/no go resistance checks.



There are no voltage type checks for the coils in the service manual.

The far left (spark exciter) coil and ignition coil have been the common failures I've seen.
