Honda spree should i buy

this is my first post so im not sure if this is the place to put it but it seemed logical that it should be placed here, im going to buy my first scooter and i need some advice im going to buy a honda spree '84 from some one and i want to know if it seems like a good buy, hes selling it for $500

here are the specs

5000 km (3107 miles) on the original motor

it comes with a whole bunch of spare parts including a motor

a lot of the stuff you guys probably know but its 2 stroke

it goes 50 km/h(30 m p/h)

I'd wait to find one for 3 or 4 around here you can find them around 200 every month or so.
