Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Listen im acomplete newb to this stuff and the other guides dont help me. my honda elite 2001 wont pass 25 mph and i want to know exactly how to take the restrictors off. like i sed, im a noob so please dumb down the instructions for me. will be very very very thankful for help.
