Don't run without the bystarter; you risk leaning the engine out and ruining it.

well thne i dont have a clue what the problem is i took of the carb a million times and its clean as can be so im at a loss.... and i dont kno much about floats but would that cause this problem???

If the float doesn't float in gas ie fills up with gas, that can be a problem.

wel i took of the carb once more cleaned it all out checked the float, looked at the bystarter and it seemed to be okay, charged up my battery, put a new sparklug in, adjusted the carb and it started up the first try and ran great, i got it up to about 35 which i think is great....

Dirty spree carbs are the problem 90% of the time.
