good job! im excited for you. now just get it runnin good! its fun to take something that doesnt run and fix it. when i fixed the spree i bought from a non run condition that was more fun than moding my elite.

I know I will but I won't complain about success. I fired and that tells me this is worth the time/trouble/money

It was running like a pig though. Might be the lack of air cleaner or just sitting forever. BTW did I tell you guys the clock only says 677 miles????

thats a sweet score with that mileage. im sure if you put an air cleaner in it will run a little closer to normal. nothing has been done to modify it correct? if you havent already, just set the air/fuel screw to its factory setting and put a fresh filter in it and if the carb is clean it should run like new.

I need to buy an air cleaner but the carb is clean and I have to look up factroy setting for it but I think I'm gonna give er another try now I should have a charge now.

no modifications is good. the person who was doin the modifying could be clueless.

I got it to run for about 5 or more min needs an air cleaner on it bad it just chokes out BUT IT WILL RUN!!!

sweet! i woulnt run it a ton with the air cleaner absent because it will be running leaner than usual. i bet it runs awesome with a filter.
