It has to be the variator or something, I will take it off and look soon. Hopefully it is easily fixed because I want to ride...

Your rear pulley was badly bent. we replaced it but the belt could have become worn unevenly.
Try a new belt maybe?

Does the spree belt fit? But I really dont think its the belt...Its having the same symptoms it had before you fixed it....

no the spree belt is too small.
Make sure the air box is on tight.

Did the front drive gear come loose and come off the splines?

Its the flywheel....****. Its a makes a friction sound when I turn the wheel now. The noise was on the variator side but now its on the other side.

This is really starting to agitate me, Im spending way to much money on a project that should be relatively "bolt on"

No the drive face gear, Idk what happended TrafficJamz probably has a better idea than I do. But it sounds like * when I touch the throttle

After a quick teardown I figured out the flywheel was loose, I took the fan off and tightened the flywheel nut. Running good but not quite right, Still not sure about the flywheel key...
