Martykim,
Did you leave the brass plate off of your variator? I'm thinking about doing the same... You haven't had any issues with that, right?
Also, what rollers did you use?

I have a Keli variator without a back plate. The rollers I used came with it I don't know the weight. And It runs just fine.

The OKO from VT Cycles is cheaper and performs just as well.

'85 and later Aero shares almost all major engine components with your SE. That pipe should fit fine.
If you can afford/save up for a LeoVince exhaust you will not be disappointed.
Saved up and following advice now.

Greetings:
I didn't have good luck with the OKO variator. I don't remember where I bought mine, but it wasn't VT Cycles. Perhaps there's more than one version? The one I had didn't feature dowels protruding from the casting as far as the Keli. Its diameter was a bit smaller too. Ramp profile wasn't a good match for 65cc Flash I, and top speed was down a couple compared to the Keli. However the OKO ramp plate on the Keli bested the stock ramp plate by far. Nothing I've used worked as well as the AF Polini, and the 94mm Polini for Ruckus is even better, once some room is carved out for it.

Good to know, but I purchased the Keli variator from daywot last year -- just haven't put it in yet.
