ur going thru the same im going thru..try a 138 main...i found that seems to b the one that does mine the best..hope you have the 10 pack jet kit

oh and bogging...what rollers and gear setup do you have...mines not bogging but its a little sluggish off the line until about 15mph..then its stupid fast..like seriously unsafe for such a small scooter..anyways..i have a very tall gear and still come out the hole decent so make play with ur rollers and the jets and you will find the sweet spot

Bogging down from idle to wot sometimes to the point of stalling. A small pilot jet will not fill bowl enough and when you hit wot there will not be enough fuel, ending in a bog/stall.

The pilot jet has nothing to do with the fuel level in the float bowl, that is controlled by the float and the needle and seat.
The pilot is basically a mid-range or intermediate jet that feeds fuel to the venturi before the main jet system starts flowing fuel. A stumble off idle or lazy preformance up to about 1/3 to 1/2 throttle can point to the pilot being the wrong size. Also high CHT temps when the throttle is shut off after WOT points to a too small of a pilot.
