Anyone ever noticed a slight wobble on their rear rim.. While riding?? Elite sr..?both of my buddys have a slight wobble when im riding behind them.. And today i put my rim on after putting my gears in.. Spun in and it does the same.. Kinda weird but ive seen it on a few now.. Anyone seen this!!??

And does anyone know if the honda metro. Wheel fits the eiite sr?

when i aquired my spree, the previous owner didnt have the tire bead seated, and it had a serious hop/wobble

Its deff. The rim.. I was spinning the rim

The rims are stamped steel. Real easy to bend if ham-fisted tire-changer puts it in a machine.
The Met rim is both wider (2.15" vs. 1.85") and can run the tire Tubeless.

BTW a customer of mine recently suggested Lawn & Garden repair shops as a good place to have a tire installed if'n yer too Yella to try Wheelman's method in Tech Docs. They swap 6" and 8" and 10" tires all the time.

fit on the met rim. Some brands will rub your case. A 90/90 is the safe bet, all brands will clear the af16 case.Yes, that size tire will

Yea ive always ran a 3.50-10 -- jus making sure with the met rim

The profile will change a little.

So the Met wheel is not the same used on the elite? The Met looks identical in pictures. I was looking at my rim earlier today it looked like it could take a tubeless. I was going to get on here and ask can the stock wheel take a tubeless? or do they make a tubeless skinny enough for the stock rim if it can take one? My tube blew yesterday and my tire is about gone anyways. It would be nice to know If I could just pick up a tubeless tire and a valve stem tomorrow instead of a tire and a stupid tube...

Some guys run tubeless tires on tt rims. I don't because the rim is not designed to hold a tubeless bead. The Metro rim is wider and has a different profile that is designed to hold the tubeless tire bead.

Some guys run tubeless tires on tt rims. I don't because the rim is not designed to hold a tubeless bead. The Metro rim is wider and has a different profile that is designed to hold the tubeless tire bead.

Ahhh thanks! Might as well get a tube tomorrow then to be on the safe side. BTW what do you mean when say tt? Sorry that very well could be a dumb question

tt is short for tube-type. some tube-type tires will say tube type and others will say TT or tt.
